- final cleaning and taxes
- free entrance to 11 beach clubs in the Wörthersee region from monday to sunday
- Wörthersee Plus Card from 1th April to 26th October 2023
- Wörthersee Plus Card Winter from 1st November 2020 to 31st march 2021
Excluding local tax (€2,60 per person/day)
Reduction for children in the room of the parents:
- children up to the age of 1 are free
- children from 2 - 7 pay 22 €/day
- children from 8 - 15 get a reduction of 50%
- adolescents from 16 - 17 get a reduction of 30%
Single occupancy:
When booking a room as a single room we charge 12€ additionally for each night, during high season we charge 18€ additionally.
For dogs
we will charge uniquely 30 € overall
Short term accommodation fee in the apartment:
- 5 € per person/day for a stay up to 2 nights in low season
- 5 € per person/day for a stay up to 4 nights in low season, off season and high season
- 10 € per person/day for a stay up to 3 nights in low season, low season and high season
Short term accommodation fee in the room:
- 5 € per person/day for a stay up to 2 nights in low season
- 5 € per person/day for a stay up to 3 nights in low and high season
- 8 € per person/day for a stay up to 2 nights in low and middle season
- 10 € per person/day for a stay up to 3 nights in high season
